Our mission statement is 7-fold.
1. To provide the best customer service of any masonry company in the Asheville/WNC area. We realize that our business is based on customer satisfaction and recommendations, so our client's needs come first. We call back, answer emails, and give reliable estimates.
2. To respect the materials we work with. Stone is a limited resource and should be treated as such. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to quarry and transport masonry supplies, and they should not be wasted. We recycle and reuse stone and rubble whenever possible, and all of the stone we use is quarried locally.
3. To provide stonework of a superior quality. Stonework plays a central role in mountain architecture, and it should reflect craftsmanship and sound masonry principles. I hold myself and my crew to high standards, and we take great pride in the quality of our work.
4. To create masonry structures of exceeding durability. One of the greatest advantages of stone as a building material is its long-lasting nature. Good stonemasonry is built to last for generations, and we take steps to ensure that our work will stand the test of time.
5. To design stonework that is beautiful. Stonework should be aesthetically pleasing in addition to its function. We take the time to step back from our work to make sure the pattern is consistent and harmonizes with the surroundings.
6.To have a perfect safety record. We rely on our health to do stonework, so its crucial that we take care of our bodies and stay injury free.
7. To always leave a worksite as clean or cleaner than we found it. Masonry is a messy job, but we take the time to clean up after ourselves so that our customers don't have to.
